Where we are

BenesseHome in Muro Leccese can be reached by plane (Brindisi and Bari airports), by train (Lecce station) and by car. A private car is recommended for visiting Salento.

The property is perfectly situated in the pretty town of Muro Leccese. Guests can enjoy the best of both worlds, with excellent cafes, restaurants, beautiful Baroque churches, museums and pretty squares down narrow streets just moments from the door, while once inside the gates of the palazzo there is so much space both inside and outside the house, and an incredible pool to swim in. 

The Salentine peninsula has lots of beautiful towns to visit, including Lecce, Gallipoli, Otranto, famous for its cathedral, and Galatina, which has an incredible church. There are historic lighthouses all along the coast and it’s worth heading to the tip of Salento with its incredible landscape and two different coastlines to explore.

The nearest beaches are only 15 minutes from the property and include sand and pebble ones, as well as rocks to jump off and beach clubs to visit. There is something for everyone and we are able to share all the best places to go.
